What size and format does artwork need to be?

We’ve designed our system to accept JPGs and PNGs.

Greeting Cards

Size (width x height): 15.4 x 15.6 cm
Resolution: 300ppi
Colour mode: CMYK
Format: JPEG or PNG

Mugs

Size (width x height): 21 x 9.9 cm
Resolution: 300ppi
Colour mode: CMYK
Format: JPEG or PNG< Colour Mode: Design in CMYK then export in RGB

If using PNGs please don’t use transparent backgrounds.
