Do I need to register to place an order?

No you don’t, you can order as a “guest” if you prefer. However registering is free and enables you to benefit from special offers and even date reminders.

Can I cancel an order?

You have the option to cancel your order at any time until the order is marked as “order completed”. This means that your order has been dispatched and you would need to return the item before we’re able to refund you.

How long does it take?

Greeting cards ordered before 2pm Monday – Friday are dispatched on the same day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Items sent by Royal Mail 1st class normally takes 1-3 working days and for 2nd Class 2-4 working days. If your items isn’t with you within 5 working days, please send us an email to [email protected], don’t forget to quote your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.

For EU delivery please allow 3 to 10 working days and 5 – 10 working days for international delivery. If you items isn’t with you after these days, please contact please send us an email to [email protected]

Can you make bespoke cards?

Yes we can! If you can’t find exactly what you are looking for, send us an email to [email protected] and we can help you out!

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Royal Mail 1st Class (estimated 1-3 working days) = £1.10 and 25p for every subsequent card.

Royal Mail 2nd Class (estimated 2-5 working days) = £0.75 and 25p for every subsequent card.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (estimated 1 working day) = £3.95

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2 working day) = £3.55

EU & International

EU Airmail (estimated 3-10 working days) = £2.20 and 30p for every subsequent card.

International (estimated 5-15 working days) = £2.55 and 50p for every subsequent card.

Order by 2pm Monday – Friday* and we’ll dispatch your card the same day.

*Excludes UK bank holidays

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.

Can I send a card to a different address?

Yes you can, simply check the “Deliver to different address” box on the checkout page and enter the new address. As of June 2017 you now have the option for us to deliver the card direct to your victim. Just select the “WOULD YOU LIKE US TO PRINT A MESSAGE INSIDE THE CARD?” option on the product page.

How long does delivery take?

As a guide, delivery normally takes 1-3 working days for Royal Mail 1st Class and about 2-4 working days for Royal Mail 2nd Class. If your items isn’t with you within 5 working days, please send us an email to [email protected]

Do you offer international delivery?

Since June 2017 we now offer international delivery, see below our delivery timescales –

EU delivery: 3 to 10 working days

International delivery: 5 – 10 working days

We are sorry, we no longer ship to France or Germany due to EPR regulations.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We like to give our customers plenty of options. We use Stripe to take debit/credit card payments, it’s safe, highly secure and easy to use. We can also accept Paypal and Apple Pay.

Is your website secure?

Our website is run 100% using SSL technology. Our card processor is PCI compliant and we do not store any credit card details.

Can I order over the phone?

At the moment we’re only able to take orders online. This ensures nothing is lost in translation and makes it easier for us to keep track of orders.

Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely happy with your order, you can simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full “quibble free” refund.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the postage costs for returns. In the unlikely event of the wrong card being sent to you, or if it is faulty or damaged, please email us on [email protected] and we will be happy to correct this ASAP!
