What payment methods do you accept?
We like to give our customers plenty of options. We use Stripe to take debit/credit card payments, it’s safe, highly secure and easy to use. We can also accept Paypal.
Is your website secure?
Our website is run 100% using SSL technology. Our card processor is PCI compliant and we do not store any credit card details.
Can I order over the phone?
At the moment we’re only able to take orders online. This ensures nothing is lost in translation and makes it easier for us to keep track of orders.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely happy with your order, you can simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full “quibble free” refund.
Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the postage costs for returns. In the unlikely event of the wrong card being sent to you, or if it is faulty or damaged, please email us on [email protected] and we will be happy to correct this ASAP!
